Here's a song na gustong gusto ko right now, actually it was Oliver who introduced the song to me during the time that we attended Chev's birthday. Eh meron pala sa Magic sing.... and usually kinakanta namin ni Ruge pag nag jajamming kami, lalo na last week sa shift,though actually sing and dance kami ni Ruge eh, nasisingit lang tong song hahahaha. INNOV8
I was browsing through http://www.gsmarena.com/ to check some phones out, I'm planning to buy a new phone if I won't be satisfied with what Globe will offer me. Currently they're offering me the Samsung Armani phone or some other models of Blackberry. Getting the free phone would me that both my plan and my mom's supplementary plan will be locked for 2 years and a half. My mom has plans of upgrading her plan so I decided to just call back if I'm to avail the phone. I talked with my mom just tonight and she asked me to discontinue her plan and that she'll be applying for her own plan this week. I also asked Globe if the offer would still stand if I cancel the supplementary line, they said a very thunderous "NO" hahahahaha. Pero I could call them daw to check what they can offer. So I think I would, after I get Mom's plan cancelled.

So ayun nga, I really wanted a Nokia N82 black series, tagal ko na inaabangan yun, naging available lang last month, but I haven't bought the phone yet, kasi medyo nag dadalawang isip ako with the keypad. If Globe will give me this phone for free, naku I don't mind locking my plan for 2 years again.
Going back, I was browsing kanina, and came across this 8 megapixel camera phone from Samsung. I never looked at any other phone before, I've been a consistent Nokia user, well at least for the phones I buy and use. Pero sa ngayon gamit ko kasi back up phone ni mom which is an SE Jurassic model hehehehe. Going back to the Samsung phone, not only that it has better camera compared to N82, it also has almost the same features..... and and it has the latest Symbian OS. Usually kasi yaw ko ng ibang phone kasi iba ang OS nila, ang hirap gamitin and medyo walang third party software na ma-install. Now since this phone runs also in a Symbian environment, its like the N82. Unfortunately the phone is not yet released, but the date said it would be this August, before Nokia releases N96. Hmmm magkano naman kaya ito.... Sana kaya ni budget hahahaha.

Email coming from my friend Lina.
It's been raining here in Manila for 3 days now. No typhoons just LPAs (Low Pressure Areas) well 2 of them to be exact, thats why I decided to spend the weekend at home.
Got enough sleep and got enough rest. I filed a vacation leave last Friday, that's why I had a long weekend. Remember the book that mom was writing ? I had to help her finish the first part last Friday, that's why I decided to go on leave.
Well just earlier this evening, I was about to generate a report for Charles but my connection via vpn kept on going on and off as well as my dsl, well it could have been the rain triggering it. Never the less, I still had a chance of checking my personal mail, through hotmail. It's been a while since I last checked it. Upon checking, it says that I got around 8 email and 16 junk ones. 2 coming from JP (a friend from HS) 2 were from Karlo (a friend from college) 2 from a horoscope site (I signed up before, kala ko horoscope tlaga, just recently I read it, Love horoscope pala kaya panay love ang nakasulat) and lastly 2 from Lina ......
Just the usual, I placed a check mark on the horoscope email and deleted it. I read JP's and Karlo's email which was more of a forwarded email. Then it was down to 2.... yes, it was Lina's email .... usually I never read Lina's email.... but this time something inside me told me to open it... so I did ....
Lina was recommending a lot of things .... things that were enticing .... tempting ..... persuasive.
Di ko lam, iba ang pakiramdam.... Should I or should I not ? bakit naman hindi ?
I think I'll give it a try .....

Going to the weekend....
I just ended another shift.... and we're also about to end another work week..... isang araw na lang yahoooooo
This week has been entirely different for me.... well I think it's something good actually. I got to experience things that I did long long before ..... and I guess something that I've been looking forward in doing again.
So many things took place this week, uhmm to start out, Jesley and Charles were sent to a training in Makati, then our new manager is now on board.... and lastly I get to manage the team for three days....
Well I was excited at one point but yet nervous at the other end. The last time I managed a team real time was back in M*N when I was the A shift HIO. Do I still have what it takes to lead? From the time kasi na I joined the Quality team, it seems like I was working solo that time. What we were doing was not real time, it's really a support group type of a team. I don't need to make abrupt decisions nor manage a queue.
IT Helpdesk is just like the M*N helpdesk how hard could it be? hahahahah So since last Tuesday till today, I moved my shift to an earlier time so that I could oversee both A and B shift. Everythings pretty cool. Sobrang na enjoy ko, well don't get me wrong... It was not because I was the boss that time, but its more on, I made myself available for the team, I got to relate, talk, converse.... ano pa.... bond with the team, well at least for A and B shift. I feel na I'm a lot closer to them now than before. Dati kasi ako yung tipong naka upo lang ako sa station ko doing my stuff, without worrying about things behind me....
I've learned a lot from this experience, even though its more load for me, ok lang I don't mind. These 3 days were the busiest days of my ITHD career but hey I liked it. Pati shift report nagawa ko na .... hahahaha ano pa hindi ko nagagawa ? ha ? VLAN change ? hmmm someday hahahaha.
Ay also yesterday.... Jen, one of our specialist needed to go on VLWOP to do something important... at one point natakot ako, kasi I know na we might encounter difficulties with the queue since kulang ng tao for the shift, also I know that Jen is also the escalation point of the team. Pero sige lang, I never asked anyone to extend, I had confidence with the other B shift members. Even though there was a pinch of fear in me, sabi ko ka sa kanila kaya natin to .... I told them I believe in these 3 guys na natira and just made a small huddle just in case we need to pull something up in cases of call spikes. Pucha I have a power house B shifters.... what could go wrong ? I even called them "the Veteran team" hehehehe and the theme was 1970s hehehehhe.
Ruge, Jeff and Sonny .... ala akong masabi sa nyo guys !!! Sobrang saludo ako sa nyo ... ala kayong kahirap hirap kausapin, a job well done mga dudes, and syempre it also goes to the A shifters, Mela, Joyce, Sol and Mae and the specialists, Mia and Jen. Kudos. Oh Dex also .... Dex ang galing mo !!!!

My desktop is acting strange again ..... I'm getting a blue screen
I took the error and checked it with some forums, it seems that it's a conflict with the settings on my board, I have to enable the ACPI on the BIOS. which I did, It seems that its going though this time, but I need to be sure , I've gone to the Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool to check. Though there's this Status thing at the bottom of the screen it says "Hardware problems were detected. To identify and repair these problems, you will need to contact the computer manufacturer." Nge .... sino tatawagan ko hahahaha.
Hope it goes through this time, I might also update the BIOS, nyay walang tulugan ito.... Mom needs the files there....
