SONA

Ey whats up ? I'm back, got time to blog tonight. Medyo late na post ko for the SONA hahahaha, nakikihabol lang sa uso. Actually this is not a reaction to SONA, since I wasn't able to watch the actual state of the nation address, even sa TV, I'm going to tell you a story, it happened way back in high school during the SONA. Kaya till now may impact sakin ang mga SONA.

To start with taga Fairview ako, so most likely everytime may SONA, people from Fairview ang naapektuhan, well not with it's content, but the thought of having a SONA.... hahaha you know what I mean... kung hindi bahala ka .... joke, If you got it right, yes it's the big traffic that Commonwealth avenue experiences during this day. Dami rallies and programs I should say. Back in high school, I was still studying in Claret (It is located withing Teacher's village in aDiliman.) Second year to be exact, I was in school, classes was not suspended but at around noon time there was this announcement, that classes will be shortened. Yes it was due to big rallies that would salubong .... (hehehehe ano english ng salubong ???) basta, rallies that would make salubong the SONA. So pinauwi na kami ng maaga. Usually kasi hatid sundo kami ng brother ko from school but this time, my brother was in the hospital, actually his last day, he'll be discharged that day. Since ala pang celphone non, I never knew na makakauwi pala sila ng maaga. So that time sbi ko mag cocomute na lang ako.....

When the bell rang, I hurriedly fixed my things and got ready to go home. During that time, my bestfriend approached me. Oh btw his name is John Vincent, though I call him Ebay, his nickname. Si Ebay kasi yung buddy buddy ko that time, he also resides in Fairview and I knew him since grade 7. So ayun lumapit cya, sbi nya "Jay sabay na tayo umuwi, pero meron pa akong remedial hintayin mo na lang ako" (I can't really remember kung remedial yun or tutorial but it would last I think for 2 hours) So since medyo matagal ang hihintayin ko, sbi ko, "tol una na lang ako.... ala akong kasama maghintay" So ayun sumabay ako sa iba naming friends, during that time pag dating namin sa City Hall, It's already traffic and so HARD to get a ride, until we decided to take a bus, maski nakatayo. Awa naman ng Diyos sandali lang nakaupo rin kami siguro it was just a 15 minute wait, pero the weird thing here, nsa UP pa lang kami ...... pumasok kasi yung bus sa loob ng UP since Commonwealth is not moving.....

Guess what, from UP Philcoa to Ever Gotesco took 4 hours..... AND thats not all.... just passed the lot where St. Peter Parish resides, vehicles can no longer pass, dahil sabrang dami ng nag rarally and there was a human fence made by the police. So everyone went down the bus.... tried walking in between of the police and the protestors. Kakatakot, the water canons and tear gases were on standby, shet magkagulo to nasa gitna kami.....

After passing them, kala ko tapos na.... since ala ngang nakakalusot na sasakyan, all of us has to walk ..... from Sandigan bayan to Fariview .... pucha , it was the longest day ever.

Maski shorten period kami, I was able to reach home around 9pm na. Galing di ba. Hindi pa natatapos dito ang story.....

So ayun pag dating ko sa bahay nag pahinga ako .... changed to comfy clothes..... then suddenly .....

Mga siguro ..... 15 minutes after I arrived, aba ayan na yung kotse namin ... bumubusina, aba naka uwi na sila.....

So I just asked the maid to open the gates and assist mom sa pag park.
Pag pasok ng Mom ko sabi nya sakin, "o Nandyan ka na, anong oras ka nakauwi?" so sbi ko "kakauwi ko lang din, ang hirap sumakay tpos ang haba ng nilakad ko"
Sbi ni Mom... "sinubukan ka namin habulin" "dumaan kami sa City hall to check kung nandun ka" "Ang nakita namin si Ebay, so sinabay nanamin at hinatid namin" "Nung trapik na, nag merienda muna kami sa may Tandang Sora"

Nung sinabi ni Mom yun pucha nag flash back nung sinasabi sakin ni Ebay na hintayin ko siya ..... Nde ko alam kung mapipikon ako, with what had happened, pero ok na rin at least naisakay nila si Ebay....

The next day .... malayo pa ko ..... sbi ni Ebay "sabi ko syo dapat sabay na lang tayo eh"
Moral Lesson : Dapat kasi walang iwanan, Maniwala sa mga kaibigan... minsan kasi mas alam nila kung ano dapat para syo ..... hahahaha

Hmm I just wonder where and what happened to Ebay, it was I think 2004 kami huling nagkita. Hope everythings ok.....

Still Up ...

It's now 2:35am here in Manila, I'm not yet sleepy, doing some task to help mom. Money is on the line here that's why I need to help. hehehehehe

I can't sleep, probably I slept most of the day. And I guess I got enough sleep from yesterday, since I went on a doubleshift from Thursday to Friday, freeing up my Friday afternoon. I'd like to thank also Mary Joyce for keeping me up. Before it's Shiela that I always chat with during the night, just recently it's Joyce who keeps me company pag nde ako makatulog. Just like Shie, Joyce has a lot of topics in mind, im getting very sensible talks, emotional once as well hahahaha.

Now, there's this damn dog outside our house, not sure what he's doing there, nasapagitan cya ng gulong ni Bab and our terrace's wall. I'm not sure kung nde siya makaalis or naipit siya dun. Well he was not there during the time I parked. It's just late tonight that I heard him bark there, well nde nga ako sure kung "he" un eh. Nakakainis na kumakahol cya like he's asking for help or something, siya lang kumakahol, tahimik naman mga aso namin, Kenj, Tets and Chingching are sleeping, si Julio lang at si Beauty ang gising pero tahimik sila. Etong lintik na aso sa labas ang kahol ng kahol, Naiirita ako kasi , my room is next to the terrace and rinig na rinig sa kwarto ko.

I just got out, para tingnan yung aso, whenever I go out, he stops barking.... sa ngayon tahimik siya ulit, I got a flash light to check kung naipit siya, it seems nde naman, nde ko lam kung nde lang siya makalakad. Well basta ang good thing he stopped.

Next week Mike will be boarding on to ITHD, may manager na kami ulit. We'll see what happens, it seems that medyo mahaba ang kwentuhan namin, since Jes and Charles will be out from Tuesday to Thursday because of a training.

Oliver.... nasan ka na ? Kung meron man sa inyo nakakakita kay Oliver o alam ang kanyang kinalalagyan, please ipag alam lang sa aming tanggapan.... hahahahaha

PBA Update : Gin Kings 3-0 / NCAA Update : Red Lions 4-2

I have to post this.... hahahaha.

Yes, Brgy Ginebra is on a 3 - 0 record in the Semis, against Red Bull Barako. I really did not have the time to watch games 1 and 2, since I have work, though I was able to see a glimpse of the game through our pantry during my break. Good thing, I did a double shift on my Thurs-Fri sched, giving me a time at home to watch the PBA game of Ginebra and Red bull.

First Quarter, I expected Red bull to come back in game 3, and they did, Ginebra was trailing and Red bull was playing aggressively. Chris Alexander and Mark Caguioa are having some issues scoring. It was just the second quarter that the Kings had a stable rally. There were several deadlocks during the game, and there was several lead changes as well. Good thing Ginebra sustained their game and was able to win the game.

Tomorrow will be game 4, hope I could watch live, but I'm a tight budget, and sino naman kasama ko, ala mahilig sa basketball dito sa bahay, and so as with my close friends.... teka nasan na nga ba ang mga close friends ko? hahahahahah. Ang nararamdaman ko lang mga close friends ko sa office eh.

Well anyway one thing is for sure, I'll watch sa TV tomorrow.

As for NCAA, My beloved Red Lions are now on a 4-2 record, kita mo nga naman natatalo pa pala kami hahahaha. First lost was with JRU, sino yung pangalawa? got the data from www.gmanews.tv anyways, sa finals na ko ulit manonood... hope its a better finish this time.

Reflection 2008

A lot of things going through my head, everything seems to be out of hand.
I never had this feeling before, something that I could not confide anymore.
I wonder if I've done something bad, or have I gone over with what I must have had.
Some people say problems are challenges, but would it always be in every instances?
Am I now stronger? but why am I been shaken by this boulder?
Maybe I need to learn more, or could it be that I wasn't paying attention before?
For what ever it is , hope I could deal with it at ease.
My faith will always be with him, for I know he'll help me up to be firm.

Monday

I guess its back ...... is it really back ?..... the Monday sickness that I have....

Well to start with, I'm really not a Monday person. Ever since my Elementary / High school days.... I never really enjoyed Mondays. I dunno whats in a Monday that I hate. Kasi pag Monday... sobrang traffic early morning, so many things to work on, so many things to start .....

Back in High school, specially when I was in 4th year that I have to drive myself and my brother to school.... sobrang traffic, tpos pag dating pa sa school you have no where to park because everybody is rushing. Tpos syempre submission ng mga home works/projects that we took home for the weekend. Grrr kagulo tlaga. Same with college, specially during the 1st and second year, most of my subjects were early morning, pucha ang hirap sumakay pag Monday.

Nung I was working medyo naiwasan ko ang Monday, lalo na nung I have the chance to select my own sched. I never eyed for a Sat Sun off before.... I usually pick, Sun Mon as my rest days. Baket? kasi I really hate going out on a Monday, yaw ko makipag siksikan, yaw ko makigulo sa mundo hahahahaha.

Its just with QM that I had the Sat Sun off, masmasaya pla, pero during that time kasi I was more on night shift, kaya nde ko dama yung rush tuwing Monday.

Now here in IT, well I really don't have problem naman, since I'm in mid shift, pero kanina, I was sick kasi. Stupid Rhinitis, sakit ng buong mukha ko, hanggang panga, and bahing ako ng bahing. Supposedly I have an appointment kaninang 8AM in Ortigas, I had to have it cancelled because of it.

So is my Monday sickness back? Wala lang, Tamad parin naman tlaga ako tuwing Monday eh, pero now ..... It is Tolerable.

The Dark Knight ....

Ey guys, whats up ? How am I ? I'm ok, though my feet still hurts, it hurts when I sit, I hurts when I try to run... basta it hurts, un yon. It hurts but pain is worth it.

Well anyways, I got half of the day sleeping, Nahirapan kasi ako matulog kagabi, kumikirot likod ko. Got up just in time for lunch, hehehehe, syempre kain kagad, then watched some noon time shows, its around 3pm that I asked Mom and JR to get dressed so we could go to the mall. I really wanted to watch The Dark Knight. So there we went, We weren't able to make it to the 4pm show, so we decided to go around a bit, we bought a new Video Card for our desktop, it has been out of order for quite sometime now, so I decided to buy that darn card so we could go on with our lives, heheheehe. After that we went to a fast food chain to buy some burgers for the movie.

The Dark Knight .....

Well so far, I can say that I've watched all the Batman films. So there's no way that the "Dark Knight" would come pass my way. Just like Batman Begins, I expected the movie to be serious compared to the other Batman sequels. And indeed it was serious and long ..... I expected some twists with the story, since the first Batman also featured Joker as the villain, Story was different this time, no flash back on how Bruce's parents died, so in this movie, it's not Jokers fault that his parents died. Oh Two face is also included in this movie. Yes that's right Harvey Dent is the new District Attorney, who was the current boyfriend of Rachel, yung gf ni Bruce sa Batman Begins. Oh BTW I don't want to be a spoiler but, Rachel died in the movie, reason for Harvey to hate everybody....

The movie was long .... at one point, you'll think how this movie will end. Ay one more thing, remember during the last part of Batman Begins, the Wayne Mansion went down to ashes?

wherein both Alfred and Bruce was planning on how to rebuild it... Well in this movie mukhang nde natapos yung mansion, yes I would assume na nde natapos. Why ? cause Bruce was living in the Wayne enterprise building within the city. Yes, and he kept all the Bat things sa basement, including the bat suit, bat mobile, and even some computers. Actually uunti nga gamit compared to the bat cave. It was like a large space with the bat mobile and a piece of cabinet which housed the bat suit. Parang naka condo si Bruce hehehe.
