I just ended another shift.... and we're also about to end another work week..... isang araw na lang yahoooooo
This week has been entirely different for me.... well I think it's something good actually. I got to experience things that I did long long before ..... and I guess something that I've been looking forward in doing again.
So many things took place this week, uhmm to start out, Jesley and Charles were sent to a training in Makati, then our new manager is now on board.... and lastly I get to manage the team for three days....
Well I was excited at one point but yet nervous at the other end. The last time I managed a team real time was back in M*N when I was the A shift HIO. Do I still have what it takes to lead? From the time kasi na I joined the Quality team, it seems like I was working solo that time. What we were doing was not real time, it's really a support group type of a team. I don't need to make abrupt decisions nor manage a queue.
IT Helpdesk is just like the M*N helpdesk how hard could it be? hahahahah So since last Tuesday till today, I moved my shift to an earlier time so that I could oversee both A and B shift. Everythings pretty cool. Sobrang na enjoy ko, well don't get me wrong... It was not because I was the boss that time, but its more on, I made myself available for the team, I got to relate, talk, converse.... ano pa.... bond with the team, well at least for A and B shift. I feel na I'm a lot closer to them now than before. Dati kasi ako yung tipong naka upo lang ako sa station ko doing my stuff, without worrying about things behind me....
I've learned a lot from this experience, even though its more load for me, ok lang I don't mind. These 3 days were the busiest days of my ITHD career but hey I liked it. Pati shift report nagawa ko na .... hahahaha ano pa hindi ko nagagawa ? ha ? VLAN change ? hmmm someday hahahaha.
Ay also yesterday.... Jen, one of our specialist needed to go on VLWOP to do something important... at one point natakot ako, kasi I know na we might encounter difficulties with the queue since kulang ng tao for the shift, also I know that Jen is also the escalation point of the team. Pero sige lang, I never asked anyone to extend, I had confidence with the other B shift members. Even though there was a pinch of fear in me, sabi ko ka sa kanila kaya natin to .... I told them I believe in these 3 guys na natira and just made a small huddle just in case we need to pull something up in cases of call spikes. Pucha I have a power house B shifters.... what could go wrong ? I even called them "the Veteran team" hehehehe and the theme was 1970s hehehehhe.
Ruge, Jeff and Sonny .... ala akong masabi sa nyo guys !!! Sobrang saludo ako sa nyo ... ala kayong kahirap hirap kausapin, a job well done mga dudes, and syempre it also goes to the A shifters, Mela, Joyce, Sol and Mae and the specialists, Mia and Jen. Kudos. Oh Dex also .... Dex ang galing mo !!!!

Reason for staying up late ......

My desktop is acting strange again ..... I'm getting a blue screen
I took the error and checked it with some forums, it seems that it's a conflict with the settings on my board, I have to enable the ACPI on the BIOS. which I did, It seems that its going though this time, but I need to be sure , I've gone to the Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool to check. Though there's this Status thing at the bottom of the screen it says "Hardware problems were detected. To identify and repair these problems, you will need to contact the computer manufacturer." Nge .... sino tatawagan ko hahahaha.
Hope it goes through this time, I might also update the BIOS, nyay walang tulugan ito.... Mom needs the files there....

SONA
Ey whats up ? I'm back, got time to blog tonight. Medyo late na post ko for the SONA hahahaha, nakikihabol lang sa uso. Actually this is not a reaction to SONA, since I wasn't able to watch the actual state of the nation address, even sa TV, I'm going to tell you a story, it happened way back in high school during the SONA. Kaya till now may impact sakin ang mga SONA.
To start with taga Fairview ako, so most likely everytime may SONA, people from Fairview ang naapektuhan, well not with it's content, but the thought of having a SONA.... hahaha you know what I mean... kung hindi bahala ka .... joke, If you got it right, yes it's the big traffic that Commonwealth avenue experiences during this day. Dami rallies and programs I should say. Back in high school, I was still studying in Claret (It is located withing Teacher's village in aDiliman.) Second year to be exact, I was in school, classes was not suspended but at around noon time there was this announcement, that classes will be shortened. Yes it was due to big rallies that would salubong .... (hehehehe ano english ng salubong ???) basta, rallies that would make salubong the SONA. So pinauwi na kami ng maaga. Usually kasi hatid sundo kami ng brother ko from school but this time, my brother was in the hospital, actually his last day, he'll be discharged that day. Since ala pang celphone non, I never knew na makakauwi pala sila ng maaga. So that time sbi ko mag cocomute na lang ako.....
When the bell rang, I hurriedly fixed my things and got ready to go home. During that time, my bestfriend approached me. Oh btw his name is John Vincent, though I call him Ebay, his nickname. Si Ebay kasi yung buddy buddy ko that time, he also resides in Fairview and I knew him since grade 7. So ayun lumapit cya, sbi nya "Jay sabay na tayo umuwi, pero meron pa akong remedial hintayin mo na lang ako" (I can't really remember kung remedial yun or tutorial but it would last I think for 2 hours) So since medyo matagal ang hihintayin ko, sbi ko, "tol una na lang ako.... ala akong kasama maghintay" So ayun sumabay ako sa iba naming friends, during that time pag dating namin sa City Hall, It's already traffic and so HARD to get a ride, until we decided to take a bus, maski nakatayo. Awa naman ng Diyos sandali lang nakaupo rin kami siguro it was just a 15 minute wait, pero the weird thing here, nsa UP pa lang kami ...... pumasok kasi yung bus sa loob ng UP since Commonwealth is not moving.....
Guess what, from UP Philcoa to Ever Gotesco took 4 hours..... AND thats not all.... just passed the lot where St. Peter Parish resides, vehicles can no longer pass, dahil sabrang dami ng nag rarally and there was a human fence made by the police. So everyone went down the bus.... tried walking in between of the police and the protestors. Kakatakot, the water canons and tear gases were on standby, shet magkagulo to nasa gitna kami.....
After passing them, kala ko tapos na.... since ala ngang nakakalusot na sasakyan, all of us has to walk ..... from Sandigan bayan to Fariview .... pucha , it was the longest day ever.
Maski shorten period kami, I was able to reach home around 9pm na. Galing di ba. Hindi pa natatapos dito ang story.....
So ayun pag dating ko sa bahay nag pahinga ako .... changed to comfy clothes..... then suddenly .....
Mga siguro ..... 15 minutes after I arrived, aba ayan na yung kotse namin ... bumubusina, aba naka uwi na sila.....
So I just asked the maid to open the gates and assist mom sa pag park.
Pag pasok ng Mom ko sabi nya sakin, "o Nandyan ka na, anong oras ka nakauwi?" so sbi ko "kakauwi ko lang din, ang hirap sumakay tpos ang haba ng nilakad ko"
Sbi ni Mom... "sinubukan ka namin habulin" "dumaan kami sa City hall to check kung nandun ka" "Ang nakita namin si Ebay, so sinabay nanamin at hinatid namin" "Nung trapik na, nag merienda muna kami sa may Tandang Sora"
Nung sinabi ni Mom yun pucha nag flash back nung sinasabi sakin ni Ebay na hintayin ko siya ..... Nde ko alam kung mapipikon ako, with what had happened, pero ok na rin at least naisakay nila si Ebay....
The next day .... malayo pa ko ..... sbi ni Ebay "sabi ko syo dapat sabay na lang tayo eh"
Moral Lesson : Dapat kasi walang iwanan, Maniwala sa mga kaibigan... minsan kasi mas alam nila kung ano dapat para syo ..... hahahaha

Still Up ...
It's now 2:35am here in Manila, I'm not yet sleepy, doing some task to help mom. Money is on the line here that's why I need to help. hehehehehe
I can't sleep, probably I slept most of the day. And I guess I got enough sleep from yesterday, since I went on a doubleshift from Thursday to Friday, freeing up my Friday afternoon. I'd like to thank also Mary Joyce for keeping me up. Before it's Shiela that I always chat with during the night, just recently it's Joyce who keeps me company pag nde ako makatulog. Just like Shie, Joyce has a lot of topics in mind, im getting very sensible talks, emotional once as well hahahaha.
Now, there's this damn dog outside our house, not sure what he's doing there, nasapagitan cya ng gulong ni Bab and our terrace's wall. I'm not sure kung nde siya makaalis or naipit siya dun. Well he was not there during the time I parked. It's just late tonight that I heard him bark there, well nde nga ako sure kung "he" un eh. Nakakainis na kumakahol cya like he's asking for help or something, siya lang kumakahol, tahimik naman mga aso namin, Kenj, Tets and Chingching are sleeping, si Julio lang at si Beauty ang gising pero tahimik sila. Etong lintik na aso sa labas ang kahol ng kahol, Naiirita ako kasi , my room is next to the terrace and rinig na rinig sa kwarto ko.
I just got out, para tingnan yung aso, whenever I go out, he stops barking.... sa ngayon tahimik siya ulit, I got a flash light to check kung naipit siya, it seems nde naman, nde ko lam kung nde lang siya makalakad. Well basta ang good thing he stopped.
Next week Mike will be boarding on to ITHD, may manager na kami ulit. We'll see what happens, it seems that medyo mahaba ang kwentuhan namin, since Jes and Charles will be out from Tuesday to Thursday because of a training.
Oliver.... nasan ka na ? Kung meron man sa inyo nakakakita kay Oliver o alam ang kanyang kinalalagyan, please ipag alam lang sa aming tanggapan.... hahahahaha

PBA Update : Gin Kings 3-0 / NCAA Update : Red Lions 4-2
I have to post this.... hahahaha.
Yes, Brgy Ginebra is on a 3 - 0 record in the Semis, against Red Bull Barako. I really did not have the time to watch games 1 and 2, since I have work, though I was able to see a glimpse of the game through our pantry during my break. Good thing, I did a double shift on my Thurs-Fri sched, giving me a time at home to watch the PBA game of Ginebra and Red bull.
First Quarter, I expected Red bull to come back in game 3, and they did, Ginebra was trailing and Red bull was playing aggressively. Chris Alexander and Mark Caguioa are having some issues scoring. It was just the second quarter that the Kings had a stable rally. There were several deadlocks during the game, and there was several lead changes as well. Good thing Ginebra sustained their game and was able to win the game.
Tomorrow will be game 4, hope I could watch live, but I'm a tight budget, and sino naman kasama ko, ala mahilig sa basketball dito sa bahay, and so as with my close friends.... teka nasan na nga ba ang mga close friends ko? hahahahahah. Ang nararamdaman ko lang mga close friends ko sa office eh.
Well anyway one thing is for sure, I'll watch sa TV tomorrow.
As for NCAA, My beloved Red Lions are now on a 4-2 record, kita mo nga naman natatalo pa pala kami hahahaha. First lost was with JRU, sino yung pangalawa? got the data from www.gmanews.tv anyways, sa finals na ko ulit manonood... hope its a better finish this time.

Reflection 2008
A lot of things going through my head, everything seems to be out of hand.
I never had this feeling before, something that I could not confide anymore.
I wonder if I've done something bad, or have I gone over with what I must have had.
Some people say problems are challenges, but would it always be in every instances?
Am I now stronger? but why am I been shaken by this boulder?
Maybe I need to learn more, or could it be that I wasn't paying attention before?
For what ever it is , hope I could deal with it at ease.
My faith will always be with him, for I know he'll help me up to be firm.

Monday
I guess its back ...... is it really back ?..... the Monday sickness that I have....
Well to start with, I'm really not a Monday person. Ever since my Elementary / High school days.... I never really enjoyed Mondays. I dunno whats in a Monday that I hate. Kasi pag Monday... sobrang traffic early morning, so many things to work on, so many things to start .....
Back in High school, specially when I was in 4th year that I have to drive myself and my brother to school.... sobrang traffic, tpos pag dating pa sa school you have no where to park because everybody is rushing. Tpos syempre submission ng mga home works/projects that we took home for the weekend. Grrr kagulo tlaga. Same with college, specially during the 1st and second year, most of my subjects were early morning, pucha ang hirap sumakay pag Monday.
Nung I was working medyo naiwasan ko ang Monday, lalo na nung I have the chance to select my own sched. I never eyed for a Sat Sun off before.... I usually pick, Sun Mon as my rest days. Baket? kasi I really hate going out on a Monday, yaw ko makipag siksikan, yaw ko makigulo sa mundo hahahahaha.
Its just with QM that I had the Sat Sun off, masmasaya pla, pero during that time kasi I was more on night shift, kaya nde ko dama yung rush tuwing Monday.
Now here in IT, well I really don't have problem naman, since I'm in mid shift, pero kanina, I was sick kasi. Stupid Rhinitis, sakit ng buong mukha ko, hanggang panga, and bahing ako ng bahing. Supposedly I have an appointment kaninang 8AM in Ortigas, I had to have it cancelled because of it.
So is my Monday sickness back? Wala lang, Tamad parin naman tlaga ako tuwing Monday eh, pero now ..... It is Tolerable.

The Dark Knight ....
Ey guys, whats up ? How am I ? I'm ok, though my feet still hurts, it hurts when I sit, I hurts when I try to run... basta it hurts, un yon. It hurts but pain is worth it.
Well anyways, I got half of the day sleeping, Nahirapan kasi ako matulog kagabi, kumikirot likod ko. Got up just in time for lunch, hehehehe, syempre kain kagad, then watched some noon time shows, its around 3pm that I asked Mom and JR to get dressed so we could go to the mall. I really wanted to watch The Dark Knight. So there we went, We weren't able to make it to the 4pm show, so we decided to go around a bit, we bought a new Video Card for our desktop, it has been out of order for quite sometime now, so I decided to buy that darn card so we could go on with our lives, heheheehe. After that we went to a fast food chain to buy some burgers for the movie.
The Dark Knight .....
Well so far, I can say that I've watched all the Batman films. So there's no way that the "Dark Knight" would come pass my way. Just like Batman Begins, I expected the movie to be serious compared to the other Batman sequels. And indeed it was serious and long ..... I expected some twists with the story, since the first Batman also featured Joker as the villain, Story was different this time, no flash back on how Bruce's parents died, so in this movie, it's not Jokers fault that his parents died. Oh Two face is also included in this movie. Yes that's right Harvey Dent is the new District Attorney, who was the current boyfriend of Rachel, yung gf ni Bruce sa Batman Begins. Oh BTW I don't want to be a spoiler but, Rachel died in the movie, reason for Harvey to hate everybody....
The movie was long .... at one point, you'll think how this movie will end. Ay one more thing, remember during the last part of Batman Begins, the Wayne Mansion went down to ashes?
wherein both Alfred and Bruce was planning on how to rebuild it... Well in this movie mukhang nde natapos yung mansion, yes I would assume na nde natapos. Why ? cause Bruce was living in the Wayne enterprise building within the city. Yes, and he kept all the Bat things sa basement, including the bat suit, bat mobile, and even some computers. Actually uunti nga gamit compared to the bat cave. It was like a large space with the bat mobile and a piece of cabinet which housed the bat suit. Parang naka condo si Bruce hehehe.

Friday would always be Friday....
Ey guys, even though "technically" it's already Early Saturday morning, I decided to use Friday for my blog post's title. Its because everything that I'll be writing about took place yesterday.
I don't know what it is in Friday's that makes me appreciate it, yes maybe its because for sure Saturday will follow next, and could be because I know that its the last working day in a week. Back in QM, usually Friday is the most relaxed day for me. In QM, we have what we call the activity declaration. In the activity declaration file, its where we schedule most of our activities for the incoming week. Yes we get to plan everything a week ahead. Doing so, what I usually do it that, I schedule most of my meetings and important tasks from Monday to Wednesday, freeing my Thursday and Friday for retrieval. And since I'm a fast worker, and I guess I've developed the easiest way of retrieving calls, at times I am able to finish ahead of time. With that I usually have a vacant and stress free Fridays. Hey, thats not cheating, cause I have a full load, its just that I'm fast in doing my work, don't get me wrong I don't sacrifice accuracy for my speed. Hey I'm a Quality Management Associate, I would know that my work deserves more accuracy than anyone else.
Now in IT, its a bit different, activity declaration is good, but I think everything is different here, its like were in the operations that every second, every minute deserves a different approach. We might be relaxed at on point, but queue may come in the next minute. It's like we should not keep our defense down.
So what is it in this week's Friday ? Why do I have to use Friday as my topic? Well, lets just say something new happened today. Aside from me on 1st half vacation leave. I decided to play basketball after my shift, something new right ?
Well its been quite a while since Aidz, Darwin, Rugene has been asking me to join them play, every Friday, but I usually turn them down. I'm a bit lazy with this kind of things, but don't get me wrong, I like basketball. It has been quite some time since I last played, I think last basketball game that I played was in third year college.
Well last week I promised Aidz and Rugene that I will play, so there I went .... I played just several hours ago. Just like what I expected, my game(naks para naman ang galing ko, pero to be honest meron naman akong decent mid range jumper at kaya ko sumalaksak) , wasn't there anymore, I can barley run the whole court and my feet started to ache. Isang game lang nilaro ko , pero para akong nag championship series sa sakit ng paa ko.
Hahahah, parang larong laro noh, well, nde naman, ano ba , I just got 2 attempts sa basket pareho pang sablay.... hahahaha, well nde naman ako nalulungkot kasi pucha for someone who just played basketball in an instance ok na sakin yun, To think that I really didn't know whom I was playing with, buti na lang nandun si Charles. Basta... It was a new experience, medyo nahihiya lang ako sa mga nanonood hahahaha, mahiyain kasi tlaga ako hahahahaha. Just like sa tinanong ni Charles kanina, "Did you enjoy?" the answer is YES, but I guess I'm too conscious kung ano naiisip nung iba, baka natangahan sila sakin sa laro ko hahahaha. And for Charles' second question.... "sasama ka ba ulit sa susunod?" the answer again would be YES, but I would certainly be "more" comfortable, and relax if it would be more on ITHD peeps, or Aidz and Dmac ang kalaro ko.....
I don't know what it is in Friday's that makes me appreciate it, yes maybe its because for sure Saturday will follow next, and could be because I know that its the last working day in a week. Back in QM, usually Friday is the most relaxed day for me. In QM, we have what we call the activity declaration. In the activity declaration file, its where we schedule most of our activities for the incoming week. Yes we get to plan everything a week ahead. Doing so, what I usually do it that, I schedule most of my meetings and important tasks from Monday to Wednesday, freeing my Thursday and Friday for retrieval. And since I'm a fast worker, and I guess I've developed the easiest way of retrieving calls, at times I am able to finish ahead of time. With that I usually have a vacant and stress free Fridays. Hey, thats not cheating, cause I have a full load, its just that I'm fast in doing my work, don't get me wrong I don't sacrifice accuracy for my speed. Hey I'm a Quality Management Associate, I would know that my work deserves more accuracy than anyone else.

Peak of the Week
How's everyone doing? I was about to post something here last night but I was dead tired to do so. Tuesday was a bit tiring, remember the article I posted last weekend, the summary thing of my last week's activities? I said there that Tuesday was boring right ? well this week Tuesday was something different. Yeah, it was something un-ordinary. I started my day pretty early than usual, I need to be in the office at around 8am.... and its not SITC that I need to be at, it was Kpoint.
Well good thing I got a wake up call from Jesley, early morning. After the call, I got up, took a shower, a few food to digest, got into Bab and went straight to SITC. Good thing Ruge offered us a ride to Kpoint, kasi pag dating namin, ala na parking eh.
We had a training in SQL from Sol of the IS team, It was good, this is something that we all needed, It's just too early for all of us hehehehee. After the training, Zai, Sol, Mae, Madz and I went back to SITC for our shift, ayun this time medyo ngarag na, Jesley and I need to finish a lot of things for the SKIP presentation. We even had a meeting. Finishing everything, I was able to leave the office at around 11pm. So I was at work from 8am to 11pm last Tuesday.
Today, I planned to be in the office earlier to print some of the data needed. But due to the fatigue brought by Tuesday, I got up a bit late. Upon arriving at the office, I immediately booted my computer and started printing. It was less than 30 minutes before the presentation, haaay the tension of SKIP presentations hehehehehe, but never the less the good thing here is that, the presentation was quick and seems like this was the best SKIP we've ever done, well thanks also to Boss Arvs for presenting.
The rest of the afternoon, shift was pretty ok, we tried to relax a bit and enjoyed the rest of the day.

Early Bird
Ey, whats up ?? heheehe. It's still early and I'm already at home. Daylight saving time ? nope hehehehe. Started my day a bit early than usual. Why ? well 2 reasons, first is that I made a lot of bank runs early Monday, Mom asked me if I could do it for her. Second is that, we have a SKIP presentation to Fred this Wednesday, and data and graphs are badly needed. I helped Jes with the data and graphs, its kinda "madugo" with how our data with business insight turned out. I tried doing a manual computation, but it seems my algebraic and my statistician skills did not help hehehehe. Well even though I was not able to get the result that I wanted, I tried naman di ba ? Sorry na ah ....
Ayun, Boss Arvs even called, and said we need the data by hook or by crook. That's the time that we made "Bembang" to IS to help us with the data. Well I sent a pretty decent and friendly email naman, di ba Jes ?
Tomorrow would be another story .... I have to be in Kpoint at around 8AM, sbi nga ni Oliver "kamusta naman?!?" I'll be attending an SQL training.... well to be honest, this training is great and would be an added learning for me again. I know SQL but its kinda rusty already. Two things that I don't like though would be the time and secondly the place..... sigh***
Well tingnan na lang natin.... Oh I forgot, lam nyo ba na nakatulog na ko? I got home around 8:15pm, ate dinner around 8:30pm, I was able to sleep around 9pm. Now I'm awake !!!! goodluck.

Weekend Update
Weekend was pretty dull, I was totally Lazy for two days. Been in bed for almost half a day, I wanted to get out to the mall, but then I was all lazy to change clothes. Bab was parked outside, and stayed at home as well. I did a lot of blogging, a lot of singing, a was almost online the whole time. Shiela was a regular chat buddy, hahahaha every night na nag oonline ako may shift kasi cya....
Last night, we had a conversation with JC din, ayun took us I think till almost 3am. Ako unang sumuko, pagod na ko eh, pero It was a good talk, may sense kausap tlaga mga taga help desk. Tpos kaninang umaga, I got the chance to chat with the morning and mid shifters, with Jesley syempre. Well kanina medyo katuwaan na lang, kulitan and all.
Well sa ngayon, I have this head ache and an active rhinitis. Sama pa natin ang Sinus, ang sakit ng face ko .... ulo ko ..... starting from my eyebrows down to my nose and cheeks.
Jesley VL ako bukas .... hahahaha joke. Well anyways .... bukas back to work...

The week that was...
Thank God that it's another weekend....
Time to relax, time to enjoy and time to see friends and family.
The past week was somewhat ok, many things took place, but nothing major.
Monday - same old manic Monday, I still had some problems with the team stats, nawala lang naman ung data namin. I did a manual computation on some of the attributes, I'm not sure if the computation is that accurate, but hey I think its the nearest thing that we could get. Pak shet ang hirap non ah.
Tuesday - Same pa rin ... problem with stats. Wala boring ang Tuesday.
Wednesday - Started my day a bit early, met up with Jes and Oliver in SITC and Marvin and Joyce in SM Centerpoint(yihee). Pumunta kami Birthday party ni Chevy (ex ni Vino, joke former ITHD Associate) sa Sta Mesa. After that monthly meeting ng team, syempre dami food nanaman, busog c",)
Thursday - Oliver left for the states .... hahaha nde joke, basta somewhere... secret kasi .... hmm secret ? baka sa Bat cave. One on one with Bossing.
Friday - Haay sarap ng Friday, pero lam nyo maski Friday eto ... nothing to look forward to ... it was dull and boring.
Ayun, so those were the happenings for the week. I hope Saturday and Sunday will be better.

Amplifcation to the Nth power
Ala lang I think its something that I encountered today....
It's just funny that sometimes things are amplified several times, for it to be significant or I guess something noticeable. But in the real scenario .... its just like the title of my blog ..... "It's all in our heads"
Amazing how our brain, processes things, but don't you think that imagination is something more fascinating ? Imagination creates a different world, it makes things look more realistic .... It makes small objects look big , and makes big objects smaller than usual.
Am I pointing out to exaggeration ?
I dunno, Its for you to find out.....

Brgy Ginebra 9-8
Even though im not able to watch the PBA recently, I still have time to check game results through PBA.PH.
Sa title pa lang obvious na I'm a Brgy Ginebra supporter, tagal na, high school pa lang ata maka-Ginebra na ko. Now that they're record is improving sana manalo ulit sila sa game nila againsts Alaska on Sunday....
Well I love basketball even though nde ako masyado nag lalaro lately. Pero I watch, PBA games, I watch NCAA games and UAAP games. I play NBA Live hahahaha sa Playstation. Unfortunately I was not given the height to play, and the talent.... hahaha pero I can play the game, bakit ba...

Well I love basketball even though nde ako masyado nag lalaro lately. Pero I watch, PBA games, I watch NCAA games and UAAP games. I play NBA Live hahahaha sa Playstation. Unfortunately I was not given the height to play, and the talent.... hahaha pero I can play the game, bakit ba...

If you are given the chance to ask Jesus Christ one question .... what would it be ?
As I was driving home kanina, I openned the radio after I dropped Mia off sa Cubao.
They have this dating game sort of thing, it was at Barangay LS. The DJ has 3 callers on the line, 2 boys and 1 girl. They were talking and chatting and just like a normal dating game, the girl was throwing questions to the guys. To start with all the callers were I think young, kids kung baga, they were still in college. What struck me was the question thrown by the girl... "If you are given the chance to ask Jesus Christ one question, what would it be?" wow di ba, pati ako tuloy napaisip, kung ako yun ano nga ba tatanong ko? Parang nde lang isa ang gusto ko itanong... hahahaha.
Actually sa radio program, yung isang guy, alang nasagot .... as in wala sa mundo yung sinagot nya, he was saying something like "tatanong ko ..... ahhh.... ano .... kung pwede maging boyfriend..." leche ang tanga .... I think if I was the DJ, I might have flushed him out of the line. Yung isang lalaki naman, sobrang lalim "if Jesus doesn't want people to suffer daw, bakit daw nya inembento ang love..." naks naman..... leche hahahhaah.
Ako ano kaya heheheh ? cguro one question na ask ko sa kanya kung tlagang one lang ang pwede
Jay: "Jesus, how am I doing ? can you rate me from 1-5. 5 being the highest" hehehehe pero kung marami .... siguro ang dami kong follow up questions....

Team Substitutions
Ey guys whats up ? Its 11:32PM here in Manila, kung nasa Pilipinas ka Magandang Gabi, but if you're somewhere else Hello na lang hahahaha.
Hindi pa kasi ako makatulog that's why I decided to blog a bit. So ... bakit Team Substitutions and title ng post ko? nde ko rin alam hahaha. Basta just read on and you'll know what I'm pointing out.
I started my career with Sykes last 2002, and yes I've been with the company for 6 years na. In the span of 6 years I've done lots of tasks, been through different posts both lateral and promotions, been with different bosses, followed different processes and procedures. One thing lang ako nde nasanay..... that is Team Substitutions.
What do I mean by team substitutions, actually its the term I just use for attrition hahahaha, kasi I look at it as a substitution eh, kung baga parang sa game. Its like where somebody replaces somebody...
Back in 2002 my first team was the Echo team. Were the fifth batch of our account. I really miss this team, sobrang swak tlaga personality namin, I mean all 16 of us. Upto now actually may communication kami yun nga lang less na pag kikita, well to be honest na stop na eh. It would really be nice to see them again, pero not all are in the company anymore, some nga not even within the Philippines eh. Kakalungkot noh. There's only 3 of us in the company right now, ako, si Park and Joyce but guess what, tig isa pa kami ng site so we don't see each other.
Next team that I got attached with is the IATS Helpdesk Team, eto sobrang cool ng mga tao, technical na marunong pumarty hehehehe. Though hati kami into 2 shifts pero mag nag sama sama ibang klase. Sa team na to is where I stayed the longest so far... through thick and thin tlaga kami nag sama na buong team, its just sad that the account has to end. Some of my co-leagues are still with Sykes, with an another Broadband ISP account, and some are already with another company. Ako lang ang medyo naligaw kasi I moved to Quality Management. I was terribly depressed that time and was technically scared. Maski ako nag apply sa QM, para nde malipat sa Q**st, natakot ako syempre kasi ala akong ka close sa QM, not even a single soul.
Pero I was wrong.... so eto na, my third team QM E**rson. Kala ko at first nde ko ma-eenjoy yung team, pero I was wrong. Ok pla maga tao doon. The team was half external hires then half internal hire. And there were some familiar faces na galing din sa dati kong account. The only difference this time, panay chicks ang kasama ko, hehehehe, well masaya nga eh. Dito yung team na umiyak ako when I was about to leave. Exact naman kasi na my last day with the team is the date for our teambuilding. So it was like a farewell party for me, well and for Kuya Chops. I remember na umiiyak kami lahat sa room habang nag mamagic sing and pumapapak ng liempo at chocolate cake. Ang hirap mag paalam sa mga taong ito. Yaw ko sana umalis, it just happened na I passed sa job na tlagang gusto ko from the moment I entered Sykes.
Now I'm part of IT Helpdesk.... Nung una natakot ako, kasi buo na yung team before I entered, people were almost tenured, maliban sakin. Though Eric and the rest of the sups were accomodating, may point na natakot ako. And another thing na different this time, I am being called "JON" hahahaha, kasi from my first team to QM, I am being called by my nickname eh. Its either they call me Jay, Jay jay, or pati kuya Jay. Pero ok lang JON is good, its still me, nde lang ako sanay. Pero now, I met new great close friends, si Jesley and Oliver. That I can say whatever I would like to say and be the wacky person that I am... Sila yung substitute sa mga mahal ko sa QM. Ang hobbies namin, manlait ng tao syempre hahahaha, joke lang. Pag magkasama kasi kaming tatlo tawa lang kami ng tawa, sobrang madugong tawa. Technically, marami pang ok sa team, too bad na nararamdaman na namin ung team substitutions na kinakatakutan ko. Started out with Chevs last year. Si Chevs was ok, though aminado ako kulang yung time to bond with her. Ang medyo nahirapan ako, is the substitutions na nangyari this year, kasi medyo naka bond na ko with the team eh, pero eto another adjustment. Baket kasi people leave eh hahaha, napaka imature ko eh noh, pero kasi minsan nde maganda timing when bonds are already created. Well I guess just like in a ball game, substitutions are made to have a renewed team, siguro it would be a time to bond with other players kung baga, para balanced. Then Boss Eric, ok pa naman siya na boss, tpos halos sabay JC and Jason, though kulang din bonding time namin ni Jason. Hirap noh. Pero Its one thing that everyone has to adjust on, nde lang naman ako eh the whole team experiences this. Nde naman pwede sama sama forever, maski nga mag asawa nag hihiwalay eh. Hahahaa. Right now ok naman ako eh, yun lang nga a bit shaken by people leaving, just recently si Marvs, then now lilipat na rin tito Ruge. (Well upon posting nito nde pa nya alam), hahahaha. Just hoped that everything turns well for them. At sabi nga ni Charles..... We Will be Missed .... (nyak)
